Reminder that there is a meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6th, 2016 at Harrow United Church. Please NOTE the EARLY start for the meeting. This is due to our very busy agenda with the start of the Club’s new “year”. To start things off, Membership tasks and fees are due. We also have our Auction, which is always a lot of fun. Lindsay asks Members who are working on the 1/12th scale Hotel to bring their room box (in its current state — finished or not) to the September meeting for a check-in and to brain storm any questions or issues. Our September Auction was a great success! A lot of wonderful items were donated and fun was had by all. The money raised goes to help offset club costs for things such as the newsletter, so every bit is greatly appreciated. A big “Thank You” to our “auctioneers”, “accountants”, those who donated, and those who purchased — in other words — everybody!!
The winner of the September Door Prize was Belynda S., who won a delightful and colourful Jack-in-the-Box and toy made/donated by Cheryl H. Next month’s Door Prize will be provided by Belynda. 
At our next meeting, we will be sorting out any final details for our upcoming Show and Sale, being held on October 19th. Go to our EVENTS page for all of the Details!! Ads will be available to take for placement around the community. Also, for those Members who would like to participate, we will be working on a small project by Lindsay. It is a lovely bird feeder with a bird included.
